I ordered one for myself a year ago and really liked it. Now I've ordered one for a friend, and the quality is very different. There are doubts that it's leather; it's more like faux leather, which leaves white fingerprints and scratches when you touch it. There's no sagging. I wanted to order more bags from this seller, but now I don't want to; I'm disappointed; it feels like a cheap imitation. In the photo, my old bag and the new one with paper on the handle are shown.

It's quite smaller than i expected but nice enough and capable of carrying a pet bottle(650ml), wallet(20cm), iphone, car keys and some cosmetics. I like it.

Overall, the bag is comfortable, the zipper has a tight stitching, can be unzipped with one hand, is quite spacious and not too big. The only thing I didn't really like was the shine of the leather; it was packaged like a crystal vase.
