The surface of the bag arrived wrinkled. I like the design of the bag's exterior, but the details are very poor. The stitching and zipper are so bad that they are unusable... I put a lot of newspaper inside and used a heat gun to smooth out the wrinkles on the bag's surface, and it improved a lot, but the smell inside the bag is so strong that I need to use Febreze.
