I ordered one for myself a year ago and really liked it. Now I've ordered one for a friend, and the quality is very different. There are doubts that it's leather; it's more like faux leather, which leaves white fingerprints and scratches when you touch it. There's no sagging. I wanted to order more bags from this seller, but now I don't want to; I'm disappointed; it feels like a cheap imitation. In the photo, my old bag and the new one with paper on the handle are shown.
