I opened a dispute with the seller to process a return, but the package must be sent via Russian Post, with no other options, and the seller will not cover the shipping cost of 5,500 rubles, which is the cost of the bag. I would receive 1550 rubles in cash. It's so sad that I bought something I don't understand... I think it's a scam because I previously bought a La Festin bag and the zipper already broke, even though I really liked the brand, but that's all it looks good for in the photos... Just China, no buyer protection and no concern for the buyer.
